SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

These terms govern the Sabha Selections SMS program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Program

When you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Sabha Selections — new arrivals, offers, and updates — at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency, Rates & Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out; no further marketing texts will follow. Note that unsubscribing from SMS does not remove you from email lists (and vice versa) — each channel is managed separately.

4. Help & Support

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at admin@sabhaselection.com.

5. Your Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided (or have the holder's permission) and are 18 or older. If you change or deactivate your number, please opt out first or notify us so we don't message the number's next owner.

6. Privacy

Phone numbers collected through the Program are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number.

7. Changes & Termination

We may modify or terminate the Program or these terms at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
