This Privacy Policy explains how Sabha Selections ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our site or make a purchase. We are a California-based business serving customers in the United States.

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Analytics & advertising data — activity signals shared with tools like Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Payment information is processed by Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to: process and deliver orders; provide customer support and handle defect claims; send transactional messages (confirmations, shipping updates); send marketing email and SMS where you have opted in; operate, analyze, and improve the site; personalize and measure advertising; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations, including tax law.

3. How We Share Information

  • Service providers — Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email/SMS platforms, each bound to use data only to provide services to us.
  • Analytics & advertising partners — Google and Meta, via cookies and pixels. Under California law, this type of disclosure may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out (see Section 5).
  • Legal & safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We use essential, analytics, and advertising cookies. For details and opt-out choices, see our Cookie Policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sharing where required by California law.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Know / access the personal information we collect about you.
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (including pixel-based ad sharing).
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive PI beyond what is necessary to fulfill orders).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights: email admin@sabhaselection.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will verify your request (typically by matching your email and recent order details) and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.

6. Marketing Choices

  • Email: every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link; you can also email us to opt out.
  • SMS: reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Transactional messages (order and shipping notices) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above — typically the life of your customer relationship plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance — then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We rely on Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure and take reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Our site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors.
